2.29 describe the differences between aerobic and anaerobic respiration

2.29 •aerobic respiration uses oxygen 
                  •plenty of oxygen is the most efficient way to release oxygen 

        •anaerobic respiration doesn't use oxygen 
                  •used when your body can’t supply oxygen to your muscles for aerobic respiration 
                            •it releases less energy than aerobic respiration, as glucose is only
                              partially broken down, with lactic acid being produced 
                                      •lactic acid muscle build up = cramp
